As Global Head of EPAM’s Workforce Experience Practice, I lead a diverse, multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers, technologists, and consultants who are redefining how work works. Our mission is to help the world’s leading enterprises create human-centered, AI-augmented experiences that empower employees, accelerate digital adoption, and enable sustained business performance.Over the past seven years, I’ve built and scaled this global capability from the ground up—shaping strategy, launching new offerings, and growing a practice that spans North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. We partner with our clients to solve complex challenges across digital workplace strategy, EX transformation, talent enablement, platform adoption, and AI-assisted productivity.
