I offer a kind, warm, non-judgmental, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach utilizing mindfulness and parts work (IFS-informed). I specialize in Couples Counseling and Individual Psychotherapy (in-person and/or telehealth). We\'ll look at how you get stuck, explore your sensitivities and needs, and create a safe space for healing. Using mindfulness and a kind, warm tone of voice, I invite you to bring a gentle nonjudgmental curiosity to where you\'re feeling stuck, frustrated, sad, or any other feelings creating distress. I offer a dynamic approach to Couples Counseling: I am active in conversations; I don’t sit back and just listen. I’m relational - I might interject to offer a reframe or empathize. Couples learn skills and tools to shift negative communication patterns and increase connection.
