Accomplishments:Created an onboard guide for new employees.Processed high volumes (2500+) of personnel actions to include but not limited to recruitment, departures, promotions, performance awards, extensions, and benefit-type changes.Established a statement of duty (SD) library by developing 54 statement of duties; achievement expedites building a future temporary organization.Developed an individual development planning (IDP) guide and instructional video to aid in employees asynchronous learning and development of annual IDPs. Created an HR playbook, capturing standard operating procedures.Planned and implemented a stellar all staff (60 attendees) retreat through collaboratively working with 2 additional leaders and various teams; received a SPOT Award, April 2022.1st award recipient of the Platform Services Mission Support award, November 2023 and PRAC’s 2024 DEIA award, January 2024.
