About Angela Evans

My ultimate goal was to regain entry into the Human Resource field. I was downsized in 2009 by a big 3 automaker. I am a well rounded Human Resource/Labor Relations Professional with 8 years experience. I have worked as a HR Generalist with both Hourly and Salary Personnel. I have been an Hourly Personnel Administrator and have addressed and maintained FMLA issues and attendance disciplinary actions. I have knowledge of many HR functions and computer programs. I am capable of working together with a team or individually. My goals are to advance the objectives of an organization and increase my ability to be the best Human Resource professional I can be. I also have a vast amount of training experience. One aspect of my career that was not in my career path was to become a Production Supervisor. I have the ability to lead a group or team and also perform tasks assigned. I am very computer literate and display strong communication skills. I am able to confidently problem solve, enhance team building, and willing to assist others. Dependable and efficient plus strong customer service and communication skills. Confident in abilities and will comply with any corporate initiatives.I feel that my Production Supervisor skills were exemplary. I was respected by my peers and my workers. By engaging in this field, it worked well and enhanced my Human Resource skills. I am able to work in any environment and also carry out duties, projects and mandates expected of position.
