Recruiting: I manage end-to-end IT/staff recruitment — from role definition, job descriptions, active sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter/universities), CV screening through ATS, interviews, to final onboarding. I also oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility. Learning & development: I design and implement training/upskilling initiatives, manage internal academies (e.g, Panthera ERP/Docsweb) for both technical (e.g, SQL, AI) and soft skills (e.g, time management, problem solving), and oversee funded training programs (e.g, FNC), including grants application and calls for proposals, ensuring the optimization of available resources. Employee development & engagement: I support career plans, growth paths, and engagement surveys (results analysis), contributing to people development and retention. HR Policy & Compliance: I support audits related to training, recruiting, and development activities (e.g, PdR 125, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001) and ensure proper documentation management.
