About Angela Osimen

I am a highly motivated third-year J.D. candidate at Penn State Dickinson Law who is focused on using litigation to promote accountability, equity, and meaningful advocacy. My legal experience includes work in government, regulatory, judicial settings, and private practice. I have worked with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel, the New York State Attorney General’s Office, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In these roles, I have assisted in litigation and investigations, drafted briefs and pleadings, assisted in hearings, and developed case strategies.I am passionate about advocating for communities that often go unnoticed in the legal system. I believe that effective legal advocacy requires strong litigation skills and a commitment to understanding the structural inequalities that affect people’s interactions with the law.As I continue my career, I am eager to continue developing as an advocate in roles that combine rigorous litigation practice with work that promotes fairness, public service, and institutional integrity.
