About Angela Wimmer

A strategic executive and board leader with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through periods of complexity, growth, and transition - across asset management, healthcare, higher education, and mission-driven enterprises.A consistent throughline in my work is helping organizations integrate people, processes, and priorities during periods of change: leadership transitions, mergers, restructuring, and growth. I am frequently asked to step into ambiguous or high-stakes environments to bring clarity, structure, and momentum, balancing analytical rigor with judgment, empathy, and communication. In parallel, I have served on corporate and nonprofit boards and currently serve in leadership roles within YPO. In addition to board service, I am an active angel investor - and act as a strategic advisor to founders in underserved communities. I bring a combination of strategic perspective, operating experience, financial fluency, and an understanding of governance from both the management and director vantage points.
