Successes include adoption of Quarterly Goal vs. Revenue and Donor Giving Ranges interactive reports- Data Integrations: Successfully integrated data from various platforms for reporting and analytics including Luminate Online, EPIC patient database, and PeopleSoft financials- Data Governance: Oversaw the development of automated data validations, data quality issue reports, and enhancements to CRM to ensure the preservation of data quality. Advise on the development and enhancement of processes, policies and compliance procedures related to the maintenance of quality of data within the Blackbaud Enterprise CRM database- Fundraising Analytics: Managed development of various fundraising metrics and prospect management reports.
