Becoming isolated and neglecting your needs as the caregiver are too prevalent. As client and coach, we concentrate on meeting your wants, needs and desires. You, as a caregiver are acknowledged as you get to create more balance in your changing lifestyle with one-on-one integrative and experiential sessions, workshops, seminars, group coaching and presentations that provide accountability, value and most importantly self care to navigate the ovewhelm, and stress.
