Angela started practicing at CorePower Yoga in October of 2013. In the beginning of 2014 she attended a yoga retreat at the Chopra Center in San Diego with her daughter. The experience was life altering and upon returning home, the South Loop Studio was offering Power Teacher Training, she signed-up with the intention to deepen her practice and apply what she learned in her life. Angela and her husband have a family-owned private luxury yacht Charter Company.Angela’s yoga practice has helped her to stay connected to her authentic self, grow as a person and breath through challenges. There are many parallels with running her business and being a yoga instructor. The one parallel that sticks out the most is creating a moment of meaningful connections in a safe and warm environment.After her busy season, Angela signed-up for Sculpt Teacher Training, this helped her to overcome and work through anxieties about getting in front of a group to teach a yoga class. This was completely out of her comfort zone. She decided, just like in her yoga practice, “I can give-up or breath and work through the challenges”. Now, Angela would like to invite you to connect, breath through your challenges and get stronger mentally as well as physically. And have Fun!
