ABOUT ANGELA MELCHIORRE
A passionate human rights advocate, I enjoy designing and delivering - in person, on line and through blended learning - projects and educational activities that combine human rights theory and practice. Over the years, I have been engaged in multilateral negotiations, innovative research and postgraduate teaching on major human rights topics (children’s rights, right to education, UN human rights system). The knowledge, skills and insight that I gained through my cross-sectoral working experience have allowed me to succeed in demanding multicultural and multidimensional milieus. Human rights do not just happen to us; we make them happen, in our daily lives and activities. From teaching to research, from awareness raising to policy analysis, from academia to civil society, I am always looking forward to new collaborations and training opportunities that help make human rights a reality.
