I am not your typical mortgage professional. My mission is to raise the standards for the value and guidance mortgage professionals bring their clients. When other mortgage professionals stop at telling their clients what they CAN qualify for, my goal is to educate and empower my clients to help them to move beyond that to discover the choices they SHOULD make regarding what is in their overall best interest around their real estate, borrowing, and mortgage decisions. I also don’t consider my job done at closing as my ongoing guidance and support after closing can continue to protect my clients from expensive mistakes or not miss opportunities. I am here to partner with them, year in and year out, through the following 30+ years of their homeownership journey. As a Mortgage and Liability Advisor and Financial Educator, I adopt a comprehensive and collaborative approach, considering my clients\' entire financial landscape, dreams, goals, and relationship with money.This approach helps me to effectively empower and educate my clients so that they can make informed and confident decisions on how to borrow and repay their debts and successfully manage their responsibilities as homeowners. After closing, I proactively guide my clients, helping them set and achieve financial dreams and goals while building lasting financial security. We will develop a roadmap to protect and grow their wealth and real estate.My unique journey to the mortgage industry has given me background, experience and expertise that can bring to my clients and partners. In 2007, I started as a Financial Professional. In 2011, I entered the real estate investing arena and obtained my real estate license. I transitioned into the mortgage industry in 2013 where I started as a vital part of several top-producing teams, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge early in my career that many take a full career to gain. Born and raised in Colorado, I am a devoted mother and wife, dedicated to providing love, compassion, and guidance to those I serve.
