Review and negotiation of technology contracts to purchase SaaS (Software As A Service), consulting, and technical services including review and negotiation of Statements of Work, Security, Privacy, and Data Security terms. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure contracts property address data elements, data flows, and security. Privacy. Implementation and support of privacy compliance initiatives including ensuring notices and consents are collected as part of data collection, updates to privacy policies, implementation of privacy procedures including data incident handling.
