Throughout my career, I’ve been the steady hand behind values-driven companies navigating inflection points. Some were scaling fast. Others were winding down. All needed someone who could bring structure without adding noise.At Unity Web Agency, I helped the team expand by 40% and redesigned core systems to align delivery, leadership, and finance. When the founder made the difficult decision to close the business, I stepped in as Interim CEO and led the transition.
