I have over 17 years of professional experience largely working in banking/financial services consulting with executive leaders spanning across Home Lending (default services), Auto (collections), Customer Remediations, and Control Management in Consumer Lending emphasizing in crisis management, business transformation, and strategic planning. I have a proven history of delivering innovative, creative, and effective solutions to highly complex and regulated issues while fostering collaboration in diverse and high-pressure environments. My current role as Lead Control Management Officer is a Risk Committee Leader for Home Lending identifying and managing risks associated with the home lending business.
