    Manage a team to support military service members and spouses in seven states with professional development resources. •Manage day-to-day planning, delivery, and evaluation of USO Pathfinder Program tools and resources designed to meet the needs of transitioning troops and their families, ensuring a cost-effective, safe, welcoming, well-maintained, and customer-friendly environment. •Partnered with Communications team to design and distribute marketing materials across multiple channels in order to raise awareness of USO Transitions Program and services throughout service area. Provided resources local and regional virtual programs; participate in MVP (Military Virtual Programs) that address and inform employment needs; spotlight info sessions on local, regional, and national employers; provide professional services that address the needs of military spouses as they transition from one location to another. Connect to relevant resources, education, certification programs, installation, local, and national resources. •Conduct needs assessments and compile performance metrics related to the delivery and quality of USO Pathfinder Transition services. Recommend introduction, revision, expansion, and/or termination of programs, services and events based on results. Direct and implement suggested and/or required changes. •Maintain coordinated network of public and private service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations (i.e. MOU/resource sharing agreements) as well as USO’s operating standards, policies and procedures. Assist with development of new and existing working relationships with U.S. military and local community leadership in order to maximize service awareness and delivery. Provide cradle to cradle support for all transitions that service members and spouses experience throughout their military service to preparing clients for their journey to civilian careers, college, and beyond.
