ABOUT ANGELA KARANJA

As a global talent acquisition and strategy leader with over 20 years of experience, I have a proven track record of driving and executing talent strategies that support the overall objectives and needs of diverse and dynamic organizations. I am also a certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) professional who is passionate about creating inclusive and equitable workplaces that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.Served as the Associate Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Strategy at Milestone Technologies, Inc, where I led and developed high-performing teams in North America, Latin America, and EMEA, and supported the worldwide staffing needs for Fortune 500 companies like Google, Uber, Facebook/Meta, DocuSign, and Netflix. I also partnered with business leadership to implement structured interviewing processes, systems, and programs to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prior to that, I held various talent management roles at INROADS, where I worked with the leadership team to set and implement the talent strategy, build an exceptional leadership team, and act as a thought partner to leaders. I also helped to fulfill open positions in several industries throughout the 50 states, and to design and deliver training and development programs for diverse and underrepresented talent. My mission is to leverage my expertise in talent acquisition, strategy, DEI, and human resources to help organizations achieve their goals and vision, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges, and I am looking for opportunities to make a positive impact in the field of talent management and DEI.
