   Proudly managing a co-located group of highly dedicated SMEs including UX/UI designers, senior content strategists and an SEO Lead. Actively mentoring our front-end developers and new web managers. Training and empowering our web enablement and publishing teams to communicate best practices and create a culture of standards, automated reporting, measurement-based decisions and defining success through KPIs. Working alongside business owners to define the high-level requirements that drive our agile-based, IT-project workload. Mission to align customer journeys with lead generation. Creating page templates, guidelines and content forms aligned with SEO, UX/UI best practices and thought leadership strategies. Analyzing content assets and design elements for how they help the visitor achieve their goals. Launched a company-wide SEO awareness program that communicates our technical SEO achievements, our share of voice against key competitors and content best-practices. Executed an ambitious project program curriculum in 2020 with the goal to align our brand across our digital channels. Redesigned our visual language with new typography, iconography, color palette and new imagery guidelines. SME on a small cross-functional team tasked with creating a fully-virtual, global training event experience in October 2020. Held over 3 days, with over 70 hours of technical training and translated in three languages, NXP Connects 2020 earned top-marks with customers. Migrated our blog platform, NXP newsroom and Investor Relations onto NXP.com. Part of an overall strategy to further site integration. Contemporary layouts controlled by our global CSS, integrated into our full analytics stack and available for automated translation. External ranking of our digital estate through the Bowen Craggs’ Index of Excellence was 13th in 2021 (out of top 200 largest global companies), up from 36th in 2019. Managed the company-wide communication celebrating this achievement.
