About Angela Hyewon Jang

I grew up in Orange County, California, where I learned that community, creativity, and a little sunshine can go a long way. Those early lessons shaped how I approach challenges—with collaboration, optimism, and drive.I am currently pursuing my degree in Political Science at UC Berkeley, with a focus on the intersection of law and business.Previously, I worked as an intern at Hyundai Logistics Co, Ltd, where I learned how strategy and collaboration drive results. I also gained hands-on experience as a consultant for Azure, Ascend, and BAFA, projects that challenged me to analyze complex problems, deliver actionable solutions, and create value for organizations. My key takeaway is that leadership — like law and business — is always about people first.I am grateful for the projects, relationships, and opportunities I’ve been part of, but I’m excited to dive deeper into the business of law within the network of mentors, colleagues, and peers who inspire me.I am a connector and problem-solver. I am passionate about building initiatives that create opportunity, whether through organizations like Project Love, where I helped build schools and wells, or in future business ventures. I care deeply about the next generation and the impact we leave behind. Most of all, I strive to be a woman of power, purpose, and empowerment.
