About Angela Hursh
In my current role at the library, I oversee and lead the Library\'s strategic communications efforts, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging across all platforms. This role is a homecoming of sorts! I spent nearly seven years as the Marketing Content Team Leader at the library, from 2013 to 2020.In between my two library stints, I worked for NoveList, where I spent seven years on strategic library marketing. I also have more than 20 years, as an Emmy-award-winning broadcast TV journalist. In 2015, I started the blog SuperLibraryMarketing.com. There, I share in-depth promotional strategies and tips for libraries around the world. I\'m also the host of \"The Library Marketing Show\" on YouTube, a weekly segment where I answer viewer questions and share quick tips to help make the job of marketing a library easier and more effective.
