Together, we develop strategies that work with their brains, not against them.I also bring more than 20 years of experience as a technology consultant, leading large-scale IT programs and transformation initiatives across global organizations. My consulting background gives me a strong foundation in systems thinking, change management, and strategic delivery—skills that now inform both my coaching practice and my work in creating more neuro-inclusive workplaces.Trail Blossom reflects the intersection of these two worlds.
