For most of my career, I’ve been a revenue operator.I’ve built and led sales teams responsible for creating pipeline, closing deals, and delivering predictable growth.Over the past several years, I began seeing something new emerge inside modern revenue organizations: AI moving from experimentation into real operational impact.Not just as a tool.But as a new layer of the revenue team.Today, I lead AI Go-to-Market Transformation at Outreach, where I work across Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to design and scale what modern human-and-AI integrated revenue organizations actually look like.Before stepping into this role, I led Outreach’s Mid-Market and Commercial sales organizations, where our teams acted as customer zero for many of the AI workflows we now bring to market.We embedded AI agents directly into seller workflows and began learning what actually works.Not the theory of AI in revenue.The reality.Today my focus is helping revenue teams answer a fundamental question:What does a revenue organization look like when AI is part of the team?The companies that figure that out will build faster, smarter, and more resilient GTM systems.That\'s the work I\'m excited to be part of.LGMSFM
