As a Client Success Specialist, I drive the adoption and effective use of digital tools by collaborating across technical and non-technical teams. I led the successful rollout of M365 Copilot to 300 early access users and subsequently across the organization, ensuring high engagement and value realization. I’ve also served as the OCM lead for major enterprise initiatives, including Microsoft Teams Calling and Microsoft Teams Rooms, supporting smooth transitions and strong user adoption. To enhance digital enablement, I developed BCI’s SharePoint Online Knowledge Hub, giving employees centralized access to self-serve training resources. Additionally, I created a comprehensive Digital Workplace training strategy for new hires to accelerate onboarding. Currently, I’m leading the Persona and User Journey initiative to enhance employee experiences and support personalized digital engagement.
