Hi, I’m Angela! I’m an ambitious leader, passionate about creating safe work environments for employers and their employees. Specializing in the areas of safety, occupational medicine and workers\' compensation for over 15 years, I have been instrumental in developing programs and practices for employers to remain OSHA compliant and reduce costs related to workplace injuries.My commitment to continuous improvement is reflected through continued education from classes, seminars, and regular attendance at safety related meetings.I also have a strong passion for community and love to create employee/company involvement in the community through volunteerism. This passion was recognized when I received the Toledo 20 Under 40 Award in 2009 for my involvement.In everything I do, it’s my goal to ensure my work drives business growth—I don’t just look at today, I make it my personal mission to find effective solutions for the future to streamline all aspects of business operations and create effective partnerships for long-term success. How do I do it? I listen. Companies share their needs both directly and indirectly. Actively listening for these needs creates opportunity to develop solutions. I’m very proactive.
