Responsible for the growth, management, project quality and continual development of the Interiors studio. Oversee the delivery of the interior architecture, interior design, and FF & E services. Additional responsibilities include:Studio Management- Oversee 30+ projects to ensure success in all project phases- Established a studio structure and new framework to improve project quality and efficiency- Identified shortcomings within the studio and established a plan of action to address- Foster the professional growth of staff for advancement in the firmProject Oversight and Direction- Collaborate with the architecture studios so each project reflects an integrated design- Oversee and assist with the design development of various projects- Define the client\'s strategic goals and continually meet with the project team to ensure they are met- Put tools and structures into place so projects are organized, efficient, and a high level of quality ismaintainedBusiness Development- Work closely with the Marketing Director to review RFP\'s and establish goals for growth- Generate the fee, scope and schedule for project proposals- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to cultivate new business opportunities
