   Continuously growing my professional capacity, I have steadily led the system growth that has expanded this role from Senior Identity Engineer to today. Currently, I lead complex and critical Identity, Access, and Privileged Access Management engineering projects transforming security systems for internal users and external customers, managing 13 employees across the U.S. and Bangalore. Our success is through impactful collaborations with Audit and Global Risk & Compliance teams to align with and report against SOX, ISO, NIST, CIS and other security standards.Representative Projects include: Access Management Transformation - migrated employees, contractors, customers, partners, and guest access applications from Oracle Access manager to Microsoft Entra ID and Asure Active Directory B2C for modern authentication; designed environment, standardized integrations, engaged and supported hundreds of application teams to move to modern authentication via Entra ID (December 2021) Employee and Contractor Conditional Secure Access - applied Entra ID conditional access policies limiting sessions based on device security posture and requiring managed device for business-critical applications; identified true users and blocked potential attackers Privilege Access Management Adoption - implemented corporate IT applications using separate dedicated administrative credentials managed and rotated by CyberArk Privilege Access Management; impacted 1200 privileged users across 600 applications and hyperscaler resources
