I oversee all aspects of European Human Resources and recruitment, providing the best possible service to Executives and colleagues alike. I am very proud to have implemented a highly successful recruitment process, many candidates in the past, I sourced myself, saving recruitment fees. I enjoy coaching management on complex and ambiguous employment relations issues. I have managed redundancies, and have been complemented on managing a very sympathetic approach by a number of terminating employees.I am responsible for all stock option administration – in fact I have also become a beta tester for HMRC’s Employment Related Securities online tools. I oversee the reporting and compliance administration for our Sponsor License (which includes having the pleasure of hosting an unannounced visit), and am a Level 1 User of the UK\'s Visa and Immigration Sponsor Management System.I am self-driven and highly motivated. I am very approachable, honest and patient, with an excellent work ethic and very much the peacekeeper. I believe that a strong emphasis placed on communication can solve or dilute most problems.
