WORK HISTORY
Owner @The Fieldhouse
Northvale, NJ, US
Co-led the design, construction, and full operational launch of a sq. ft. multi-sport and wellness facility in Northvale, NJ. The Fieldhouse was built from the ground up in partnership with my husband to house our growing New Jersey Thunder Fastpitch program and serve as a vibrant, inclusive community hub for athletics, training, and development.Responsibilities included leading the capital planning, facility renovation, vendor selection, and phased construction management, as well as staffing, policy creation, program development, and daily operational oversight.Built strategic partnerships with local government, recreation departments, collegiate programs, and civic leaders to ensure the space reflected community priorities and elevated access to high-quality sport and wellness programming. This work reflects a deep personal and professional investment in the future of youth development. I’ve put resources, time, and vision into creating a model of sustainable, inclusive sport infrastructure—where performance and public health meet.Services include private training, team rentals, adaptive programming, camps, clinics, tournament hosting, and sport-focused leadership development.

ABOUT ANGIE ALBERTI
Accidental entrepreneur. PhD Nurse Researcher. Community organizer. Mother. Motivated by faith and leaving the world better I found it for the next generation. I connect disability and caregiver organizations, youth sport, holistic health, and families. I lead community-based research and businesses that partner with public and private organizations who also value collaboration, inclusion, and doing the compassionate thing as the standard. My work in healthcare showed me the inner workings of health systems, leadership teams, and what helps employees thrive. I also learned how to untangle the systems that make it harder to achieve healthy outcomes. These experiences guided by some of the best professional mentors I could have dreamed of now allow me to lead programs that bridge the science of wellness with real people in the communities they live. I believe that the best systems are built across industries, generations, and perspectives. I believe in open-hearted leadership, rooted in integrity, compassion, and practical service that believes in endless possibilities and protecting our greatest assests - each other.
