I’m a dedicated conservation professional with twenty years of experience in project management, program development, and developing innovative strategies to support durable conservation. I’m passionate about conservation and implementing ecological restoration to improve our natural areas, with experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors. I’ve developed expertise in wetland and species compensatory mitigation and led the development of the Bat Conservation Bank of Indiana, to offset impacts to endangered bats while supporting the expansion of renewable energy.I’m detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for data management, technical writing and reporting. I act as a networker, connecting people to the resources and knowledge they need to be successful. I thrive on finding ways to optimize program efficiencies and am adept at herding cats.
