After 2 decades in human resources, I have a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative HR strategies that align with business objectives while enhancing the overall employee experience to drive increased engagement.I am widely known as a “talent catalyst,” I\'m adept at building top-tier talent and cohesive, high-performing teams that deliver on organizational goals. For the past 14 years, I\'ve held executive roles at PepsiCo, where I began my career in 2005 as an HR Representative and steadily advanced through a series of field and corporate generalist roles. Throughout my career, I\'ve developed deep expertise in coaching and development, strategic workforce planning, organizational and team effectiveness, talent acquisition, labor relations, employee experience, and employer branding. Most recently, I served as Senior Director of Frontline Talent Management & Employee Experience for PepsiCo Beverages. In this role, I led the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for frontline roles, supporting over external hires annually. I also spearheaded the design and implementation of the frontline employee experience strategy, including the launch of the Frontline Career Growth & Development Framework.Under my direct leadership, PepsiCo Beverages achieved an estimated $11 million in savings in 2024 alone due to reductions in frontline turnover—a direct result of my team\'s employee experience initiatives. Our work has since been recognized as a PepsiCo best practice and is currently being scaled globally.I currently reside in Charleston, South Carolina with my husband and two children. Outside of work, I enjoy supporting my children’s various sports endeavors and embracing life in the Lowcountry. Most mornings, you’ll me pushing limits in the gym, flowing through yoga, or rowing crew on the Ashley River.
