Resilience Land LLC is a relatively new organization, founded in 2020, focused on human resilience. The mission of Resilience Land is:To help people find their Resilient Core, to grow their resilience from the inside out,and to share their resilience insights with others.The co-founders of Resilience Land, sensing the difficulties people have in understanding and managing resilience long before COVID arrived, set out to see if there might be a better way to represent and assess resilience and thereby make it intuitive for people to grasp and actionable for people to grow key resilient attributes.Fast forward … our search for a better way to frame resilience resulted in the Resilience Tree™ – a living model for the multi-dimensionality of awareness, adaptation, and acceptance in each of us. The Resilience Tree™ model grew gradually over the course of extremely enriching years of much research, critical thought, and great conversations.We started by asking ourselves building-block questions about resilience – What is it? Why do we need it? How do we strengthen it? Is it something that is built up, nurtured, established, or is it innate – some of us have it and others do not? Does it build over time or all at once? Over the course of several years, we wrestled with all these important questions, studied critical research on the topic, reflected on our life experiences, engaged individuals with diverse interdisciplinary perspectives, and deepened our understanding of the everyday mystery of resilience. We currently offer an expanding array of products and services tailored to help individuals, teams, and organizations grow their resilience from the inside out.
