On 1 March 2021, AgResearch went live with our HRIS implementation. This expanded our existing SuccessFactors footprint, by an additional eight modules including Payroll. After being in project mode for 18 months, it has been empowering to step into a strategic role to support and deliver on our technology roadmap, underpinned by our People and Culture plan and the overall organisational strategy and ultimately ensure our users have a tool that allows them to effectively deliver their Science.
