I joined Elysium Healthcare in September 2025 as Programme Lead supporting the Transformation Strategy, working with the Elysium and Ramsay UK Executive Operating Board.Co-ordination and programme management for the Transformation Programme and all large project management activities across the organisation. Responsible for leading the complex, multi-year Transformation Programme, influencing Executive Directors, Senior Leaders and work stream owners to deliver against the plan – to time, quality and budget. Alongside development of a PMO function, Project Management process and governance.
