About Angela Pugh

Millions of people every day want to feel more happiness and fulfillment in their lives. But most don\'t know how to get there and usually don\'t even know what they\'re doing wrong. You put all your energy into work and family, you\'re successful and confident, but you know something is missing. Life will always throw you curve balls. The key is to understand how to navigate the rollercoaster without getting derailed. Whether it\'s a job loss or divorce, substance abuse, moving or starting a new career - there is no shortage of stress in a busy life. So I provide guidance and Coaching through my private practice, and have spent the last 15 years working with powerful people to create and navigate change, to be more confident and satisfied in life, and to achieve whatever you want.When I tell you I went out in the world and made ALL the mistakes. I mean almost ALL the mistakes. And I had to rebuild myself, my character, my integrity, and my life all from the ground up. In 2018 I started a podcast, Addiction Unlimited, where I teach my coaching methods to people who are striving to get, and stay, sober. I rank in the top 5% of podcasts.As a result of my own recovery from alcoholism, I\'ve been able to build a life and businesses I\'m excited about everyday.
