I’ve had the opportunity to teach across 4-week, 8-week, and Intensive English Programs (IEP), tailoring content for international students at intermediate to high-advanced levels. My course portfolio includes: Professional Presentations Academic Writing Academic Reading and Writing Advanced Oral Presentations Culture and Fluency 4–5 HI-Advanced Discussions Pronunciation and Fluency Speaking and Listening Integrated Skills 1–8 Conversation Improvement TEFL Practicum: Best Methods in Developing and Delivering Lesson Plans addition, I: Led three custom international programs, including the Kiribati Youth Skills Development Program (with the U.S. State Department and American Councils) and two STEM-based leadership programs.Collaborated with cross-sector partners (State Department, American Councils, MCC) to design and scale a high-impact international program, demonstrating strategic planning and growth-focused implementation. Focused on long-term impact and program sustainability—aligning curriculum outcomes with institutional and community growth objectives. Delivered professional development workshops for educators on active learning, AI integration, and project-based ESL instruction. Presented as a keynote speaker at the VI-th International Conference on AI in Education on AI in Education: From Challenges to Evolution. Served on the Assessment Team, co-administering Michigan and iTEP placement tests. Mentored part-time instructors and supported curriculum innovation through Canvas, Zoom, and Google tools.My work blends technology, pedagogy, and cultural sensitivity to equip students—and teachers—for academic and real-world success.
