ABOUT ANGELA PINTO

As a seasoned professional with over 3 years of experience in the Human Resources domain, I have managed multiple responsibilities, including end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, data management & documentation, learning & development (L&D), policy creation & revision, employee engagement, and more. I currently lead the HR team at Exito for the Mangalore and Bangalore branches, ensuring smooth execution of HR tasks and activities. This includes training and mentoring team members and new joiners, process implementation, and ensuring all processes are aligned with current laws and best practices. In terms of technical advancements, I have actively streamlined the HR applications of Zoho across the organization and the HR team, with a focus on Zoho People and Zoho Recruit. As a certified holder of the Advanced Zoho People course, I make active use of my knowledge and passion for data automation in Human Resources.
