I’m a product strategist, a speaker and technology adoption consultant who helps mission‑driven organizations and credit unions turn “we know we should be doing more with technology” into practical, human‑centered solutions. I’ve worked across nonprofits, startups, Fortune 500s, and public sector teams to design digital products and experiences that people actually use.My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, design thinking, and responsible use of emerging technologies (including AI).
