Facilitating implementation of the bank’s focus on aggressively originating and growing the US business and harnessing its cross border focus, and network optimization agenda. Considerable experience with and in-depth understanding of the broader syndicated loan market and private corporate credit in the US, LSTA documentation and US loan templates with an active role as a member of the LSTA ESG committee and the LMA Africa Working group and a regular speaker at LMA industry and training events.
