I work side-by-side with individuals to develop successful relationships to help them identify and meet their development goals. My coaching includes needs assessments and consultation with individuals to establish appropriate development strategies and support their desire to find a career path that utilizes their strengths and skills. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Education from Montana State University and a Master\'s degree in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University Seattle. I am Gallup-Certified StrengthsFinder facilitator, trainer, and coach. I am also certified to use the Kolbe, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and Core Strengths assessments. I love helping people gain an understanding of who they are and helping them learn new ways to feel more empowered and whole along with sharing tips and techniques that help them move closer to achieving personal and career goals and aspirations. I offer one-on-one coaching sessions to help people move through transition and feel more empowered and whole. In addition I am a Reiki Master who teaches Reiki and meditation workshops, and I offer FREE Reiki Circle gatherings to share the practice of Reiki with others.
