About Angela Morrow
I’m a Registered Nurse with 20+ years experience in critical care, hospice/palliative care, patient experience, and quality/patient safety. I earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia and my Master’s in Nursing (MSN) from Western Governor’s University. I’ve worked in patient care in Virginia, California, Texas, and Colorado. In 2009, I was awarded the National Press Association Fellowship for Healthcare Journalism in Washington D.C. I received a scholarship from the Hospice and Palliative Nurse Foundation for ELNEC Train the Trainer program in 2016. I’m a visionary leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills. My passions include improving the safety and quality of patient care, improving the patient experience, and building the culture of patient safety.
