I am a builder — of systems, of teams, and of trust. I build structure where there is ambiguity, connection where there are silos, and clarity where complexity lives. Whether it’s designing a new contracting workflow, optimizing legal tech, or building bridges between Legal, Finance, and IT, I approach every challenge with the same mindset: build something sustainable, scalable, and human. At my core, I believe relationships are the foundation of everything worth building. They’re the reason I’ve been able to turn Legal teams once seen as bottlenecks into strategic, trusted partners that accelerate the business. Over the past 15 years, I’ve built and scaled Legal Operations functions across hyper-growth companies, from Impossible Foods to Convoy to Zoom, transforming legal departments through process design, technology enablement, and data-driven insight. The results: multimillion-dollar savings, faster decision cycles, better visibility, and happier teams. Outside of work, I’m still a builder; of family, friendships, and community. As a wife and mom, I put the same energy into nurturing relationships as I do into optimizing workflows. Building strong relationships, whether at home or at work, takes intention, adaptability, and daily effort, and that’s where I thrive. I build because it’s what I do best. And every build, whether a new process, a partnership, or a culture, starts with people.
