I have over 16 years of experience in the IT industry, working for two very different companies: initially, a small company providing outsourced IT services to large customers such as Transport for London, Bedford Estates, and Whitbread and secondly, inhouse at Impellam Group, with over employees globally, a true leader for workforce and STEM talent solutions. I started my career on the Service Desk as 1st line support and have been promoted multiple times into senior technical leadership roles. I went on to qualify as a CISCO certified Network Engineer. Living and breathing global networking. Then onto lead a team of infrastructure specialists of Classic Infrastructure at Impellam group. Helping to support the transition into public cloud. I am now proud to be the Lead Technical Architect for Impellam group. Leading change and architecting new solutions for our global network and cloud infrastructure, improving the way we use and understand technology and create a better user experience.
