As a senior leader working in consumer packaged goods with a proven track record of delivery, I am currently focused on driving positive change and creating value for my business through my unique set of skills and experience utilizing digital tools at scale. With over 30 years of diverse experience at Mars, I have held leadership roles in finance, HR and general management across multiple business segments and geographies.As a passionate leader, I am committed to sharing my experiences and lessons learned with others in order to inspire both personal and business growth, driving innovation and developing new capabilities required for the future. I have had the opportunity to speak at events hosted internally across Mars, and externally at Deloitte conferences in both Europe and the US, LEAD chapter in the US, and Shared Services & Networking (SSON) events. I strive to be a role model for women by sharing my journey and encouraging others to believe in their own abilities. I possess a broad range of skills that cover various areas, including Business and Operations Planning, Accounting, Logistics, Finance, Human Resources, Digital, and General Management. I offer a creative transformation perspective at the intersection of financial, natural, social and human capital value creation. My commitment to strong values, ethical responsibility, and compliance is an integral part of both my professional and personal identity. Since July 2022 I chair the EoM (Economics of Mutuality) Council that empowers organizations to adopt a fair and purposeful form of capitalism that performs better than the purely financial version operating today.Additionally, I co-chair the North American GBS Conference Board since 2020 and I am on the SSON North American Advisory Board, both since 2018. I am currently exploring opportunities to expand my involvement in private boards and broaden my impact beyond my current role.
