Responsible for driving enterprise-wide leadership and learning solutions that build organizational capabilities for today and into the future.Assess, develop, and implement leadership and employee learning solutions to help employees learn and grow through various programs and services.Provide expert advice and consultation to identify and develop in-house/external programs, resources, and supports to enable learning and development of leaders and employees.Lead the implementation and facilitation of in-house/external leadership and employee development programs, workshops, and solutions.Design and implementation of programs and solutions that represent best practices in the industry contextualized to fit WSIBs unique needs.Proactively assess and diagnose organizational learning needs relative to performance gaps.Provides expert advice and consultation to the Executive Committee and other Senior Management, HR Senior Management Committee and other stakeholders on various leadership and learning programs and solutions.Facilitate sessions, provide consultation and/or coaching to colleagues (i.e, HR business division) to educate and support their knowledge of the programs so that they can effectively support their business areas.Maintain current industry best practices, including thought leadership and research.Implement continuous improvements to improve the effectiveness of the program(s) and/or solution(s) within the assigned portfolio.Lead the complete procurement and vendor management process for assigned vendors.Provide individual/group debriefs and/or coaching to leaders and/or employees across WSIB regarding psychometric assessment tools where required (i.e, KF360, EQi 2.0 - Emotional intelligence assessments and/or Career development).Deliver compelling, engaging, informative presentations to Senior leaders.Responsible for vendor management and RFP\'s.Responsible for learning and development budget.
