ATRIO - Established a compliance program based on the 7 elements of an effective plan, which contributed to operational monitoring and addressing internal audit risks. Program oversight for URAC accreditation. Performance Health Technology - Built a decision making framework to empower employees in making decisions, which slashed employee turnover and improved morale.
