Overall responsible for management of assigned audit engagements including high risk and\\\\nclosely monitored clients that includes planning, strategizing, executing, review of financial statements\\\\nand conclusion to deliver quality and value adding audit and insights to client\\\\n• Identifies and assesses areas of audit importance such as business and fraud risks and its impact on\\\\nfinancial reporting\\\\n• Supervises and coaches at least 35 seniors and staffs in the performance of audit procedures per audit\\\\nseason\\\\n• Serves as main point of contact with clients\\\\n• Leads analysis and impact assessment of IFRS 16, Leases\\\\n• Prepares consultation memorandums and analysis on various high risk matters such as going concern\\\\nassessment, use of liquidation basis, issuance of qualified opinion, independence matters, impact of\\\\nfranchise license and other license expiration and Philippine Depositary Receipts\\\\n• Regularly updates the engagement partner on the issues, resolutions, and progress of the audit\\\\n• Counsels 6 seniors and staff outside of engagement teams\\\\n• Handles administrative functions including budgets and client billings/collections\\\\n• Heads quality initiatives of the cluster which include trainings, dissemination of updates on EY audit\\\\nmethodology, SEC and BIR, assistance on questions by the cluster on accounting standards and audit\\\\nmethodology and ensuring EY milestones such as assessment of continuance of clients, budgets,\\\\nengagement letters, and planning discussions, procedures and documentation are completed on time\\\\nby all engagements in the cluster\\\\n• Leads disposition of observations during key findings review initiative of an engagement\\\\n\\\\n
