I am the Operations Manager at Brown & Brown Insurance Services of California, Inc. and responsible for overseeing all matters relating to the staffing, retention and supervision of the service team within the Orange County profit center for the Commercial Lines, Select, Employee Benefits and Trans Asian departments. I am also responsible for developing methods to increase productivity and efficiency within the profit center’s business operations. In addition, I act as the IT and Insurance Operations Liaison. I also have regional responsibilities within the Brown & Brown organization. As the Regional Insurance Operations Leader for several regions throughout the country, I work to assist over 40 other profit centers with continued IO efforts to ensure their success with compliance and audits. In addition to this, I am responsible for a number of profit centers, providing the ability to trend for potential areas of increased E&O concern. I began my career in insurance at Brown & Brown in 2007 as the Commercial Lines Manager and Insurance Operations Liaison. Previously, I worked for a privately held mortgage company for 2 ½ years where I was responsible for negotiating investor agreements, licensing, insurance and compliance related matters. I have been a licensed Property & Casualty agent since 2007.
