As a prior sales rep for a pet food company I learned all to well how hard it is to clinic retailers and get their staff to be able to properly recommend and explain brand products and values. As a retailer owner, I found it time consuming to manage and train sales associates on the products carried in store, when and how to recommend it. To streamline product and brand education I created Retail.pet, an online training platform for the pet industry. Sales associates can learn from the brands themselves, earn certifications and rewards. Retail owners can manage staff training, see reporting on who has taken training across all brands carried in store. Brands receive analytics on their retailers and has visibility on who has taken training and who has not. Retail.pet is more than an educational platform it is an eco system for pet brands, distributors, and retailers.
