I have been a Sr AML Analyst at Bitcoin Depot, a leading cryptocurrency ATM network, for over three years. As a blockchain and AML specialist, I ensure the security and integrity of our platform and customers by applying my skills in transaction monitoring, fraud detection, risk management, and regulatory compliance. At Bitcoin Depot, I conduct in-depth analysis of blockchain activity and suspicious transactions, prepare and file SARs, and provide training and guidance to junior staff. I have successfully identified and mitigated multiple fraud and money laundering risks, and contributed to the improvement of our policies and procedures. Previously, I worked as a Sr Analyst at Northern Trust Corporation, where I performed quality assurance reviews of investor services deliverables and capital activity. I also have experience as an AML Investigator at MUFG, where I investigated unusual activity, reviewed regulatory data and negative news alerts, and participated in special projects. I am passionate about embracing change and staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the blockchain and AML space.
