   The Director of the Insider Threat Program, a first of its kind, holistic capability to detect, deter, and mitigate anomalous human behaviors indicative of an insider threat. Responsible for identifying areas of highest risk to inform business decisions at the highest levels of Dow specifically as it concerns the loss of intellectual property which is a top priority of the Board of Directors, and the Chief Executive Officer ensuring the future of Dow, Inc. as a Fortune 100 multinational corporation. Developed and employed innovative strategy and organizational design utilizing new tactics, techniques, and procedures to build a global program focusing on human behaviors, contextualizing them, and facilitating the appropriate response, begun during the COVID pandemic, with a remote workforce, and without programmed resources. Leveraged deep relationships developed through the creation of cross-functional executive and operational teams spanning information systems, human resources, legal, physical security, and ethics and compliance enabling the intentional professional development of policies, work processes, structure, succession planning, and overarching development of the program. Consulted senior leaders and experts from peer multinational private companies, as well as federal organizations such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency, and the Department of State to ensure alignment and understanding of the most current strategies and technologies available.
